With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and as the owner of a gym on Manhattan's Upper West Side, she has witnessed firsthand how profoundly emotional well-being influences physical health.

Her approach centers on exploring how past experiences shape present emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. She believes the connection between the body and mind is powerful, and that meaningful change occurs when both are addressed.
